Please make the full conversation available as a data field that can be accessed via Zapier (or webhook). Ideally, this would be triggered when a conversation ends.  Right now, full chat histories are only available (...)

We need the ability to access the chat for passing into our CRM (Pipedrive) via Zapier. We currently have access to name, email, phone, and comments, but need access to the chat.
