Please make the full conversation available as a data field that can be accessed via Zapier (or webhook). Ideally, this would be triggered when a conversation ends.
Right now, full chat histories are only available manually in the dashboard. That’s not scalable for clients using chatbot systems. If the full conversation could be sent automatically (e.g. via Zapier when a chat ends), it would unlock powerful automations : personalised follow-ups, AI-generated summaries, actioning user requests immediately using AI Agents, and capturing accurate emails to connect to our databases after value is demonstrated (currently users give fake emails in lead form to activate the bot).
This would massively increase what’s possible with FastBots — both for user experience and for those building automation services on top of it.
