At the moment, when you ask for a human, for example "I'd like to speak with a person", the bot would ask for your details (not in a form way) and then do nothing with this data.
If at some point, the form will appear (let's say you've configured it after 4 messages), the form would be empty, and the details the person filled would be disregarded.
