In the Chat History dashboard, could you please add a "State" column? "Country" is often too broad and doesn't provide useful information for companies that only operate domestically. We need to see the state or province on the dashboard.
The "State" column can go to the right of the "Country" column, and both countries and states can be abbreviated. So "United States" becomes "USA" and "California" becomes "CA."
