Clickable Chat Options to Trigger Lead Generation Forms

I think it would be really helpful if clients can click on one of the options below the chat, and by clicking it, trigger the lead generation form.

This can be very helpful for automation since the only way it works on Zapier is by creating a lead.

Example:

• Client clicks on the option "Track Order"
• Lead generator opens and asks for the order number
• Client submits it, and the chat sends the request to Zapier and back
