Bots should detect the default browser_language of the visitor and respond in the corresponding language, either by dynamically translating the initial chat message (in EN) or by allowing users to define target languages in the interface and letting them store custom text there per language.
Ideally, bot responses cite/reference content from trained sources that correspond to the language in use (in the chat).
For example, when chatting in PT (Portuguese), the bot should include URLs from trained sources the correspond to .../pt/some-trained-webpage Providing a link in the chat response to a page that is another language other than PT is not a great UX.
