Dear FastBots Management,
I’m reaching out directly because this issue has been ongoing for far too long, and it’s seriously impacting the usability of your bots. I’ve reported it multiple times, but nothing has changed.
The problem: When using any of your bots, you cannot immediately scroll back to read the start of a message while it’s still loading. You have to wait until the entire message finishes generating before you can see the beginning — and during that time, the interface is jittery, jumps around, and makes the reading experience frustrating.
This is not a minor inconvenience — it disrupts the flow of every interaction, makes the bots unpleasant to use, and wastes valuable time.
I’ve been a loyal customer, but if this is not addressed, I’m strongly reconsidering renewing for another year. The truth is, no matter how powerful a bot is, if the reading experience is this clunky, it becomes unusable for serious work.
I urge your team to prioritize fixing this scrolling/loading issue across all bots immediately. It’s a core user experience problem that directly affects customer satisfaction and retention.
