This one should be easy.
It's great that the chats are exported to PDF. However, I would rather upload a CSV to my custom assistant and have the chats analyzed automatically to look for patterns in the messaging than to personally read each one of them.
Likewise with CSV, it would be easier to scrape the document for email addresses or other content.
Also: With CSV, I can take the data and ultimately create custom reports.
