I capture name in the lead form at the start. But then my chatbot doesn't know the name so can't speak to them using their name which would feel more personal. So need to ask their name again in the prompt if I want to create that personalised experience.
Same with email, i.e. they type email in lead form but my chatbot doesn't know it so needs to ask again rather than confirm it.
(I need to ask them to type email in the chat for me to trigger my action zaps such as follow up emails)
