With larger customers, the demand for support increases, especially for those customers using our chatbots to create other materials like new courseware, project management documents, technical support documents, etc.
The demand is primarily around uploading new knowledge documents, such as PDFs, Word, websites, website pages, and YouTube videos. Meeting that increase in demand can take hours for our support teams.
We'd like to suggest an "Admin" persona in addition to your "Collaborator" persona. This would allow access to the chatbot to upload the above-mentioned documents. However, it would NOT allow them access to the tuning, appearance, text, and Q&A areas, which are intellectual property that they should never see.
This would allow us to transfer this increased workload back to the chatbot's user instead of building large support teams on our end.
