As a training data manager, I need to be able to keep a youtube channel or playlist up to date.
Acceptance criteria:
- Be able to add a valid youtube channel or playlist url to the add data view
- Set a schedule of daily, weekly, or monthly for automatic data refresh
- data refresh should look for and apply changes since the last refresh including:
- videos that were removed
- videos that were added
- changes in the transcripts
