Ability for user to close the chat widget

Yes, it's possible to close it, but people are generally used to looking for an X in the top right corner. People are not bright. Put an X where it's expected to be. We've had to keep our bot closed because of this, negating the reason it was installed in the first place.

Great idea, Also sometimes clients are complaining about not being able to close the chat, a small X in the corner of the chat design could be really helpful

If this is to close that chat bubble that is placed on the very right bottom of the webpage. Don't you just click it again in order to close it or click on the "X" at the top right of that small window that has been lanched in order to comunicate with the chatbot? I think this is something that the user should know. But hey maybe I'm talking about something totaly different. Sorry....
