Privacy notice before the bot responds

Would it be possible to implement a feature where users must accept the privacy notice before the bot responds? I’ve attached an example for reference.

We desperately need this feature. Our clients don't want to be sued in the event that the AI hallucinates. Requiring the user to click "Yes, I agree" provides the legal protection necessary. Please implement ASAP! Please allow us to customize button content and to hyperlink text, such as the privacy policy. Thank you.
