Privacy notice before the bot responds

Would it be possible to implement a feature where users must accept the privacy notice before the bot responds? I’ve attached an example for reference.

You now have the option to add your own link at the bottom of your chat window to your own privacy policy, which is visible at all times.

We desperately need this feature. Our clients don't want to be sued in the event that the AI hallucinates. Requiring the user to click "Yes, I agree" provides the legal protection necessary. Please implement ASAP! Please allow us to customize button content and to hyperlink text, such as the privacy policy. Thank you.
