In the field of customer service we live or die by customer reviews. We are always thinking of innovative ways to harvest customer feedback.
This would be a welcomed addition, to add a feature to our chat where, after a shareholder’s question is answered, a new message box automatically appears—after a short delay—inviting them to take part in an online survey.
Ideally, the message should appear after about a one-second pause, to give the shareholder time to follow up if they have more questions.
The message should say: "Would you like to participate in a quick survey?"
